A co-signer may be required for leasing depending on your income history and student status. An additional application would be sent to obtain the co-signer information. How much is the security deposit?

Security Deposit is one month of rent!

Is the security deposit refundable?

$100 of the deposit is non-refundable for carpet cleaning, but everything else is refundable!

What furniture is provided?

MEADOWBROOK:

Master room has a queen bed frame, mattress, and small dresser.

Bedroom 1 has a twin bed frame and mattress.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and mattress.

Living room has two couches and tables, and dining room has a table and four chairs.

Can I bring my own furniture?

Of course! We are willing to work with you and just ask you let us know 30 days prior to move in if you'd like to bring your own bed frame. mattress etc.

What is your pet policy?

No pets. Please feel free to email us with specific questions.

What utilities are included?

All utilities- water, trash, power, electric, sewer, and internet- are included!
